If the job is on your street, a listing page will bury it. jobrador puts the door on the map, with the distance, so you can walk over and ask.
A listing page leaves out the job around the corner. Like:

Nothing was posted, so I walked over and asked
I found it on a list and opened the posting from the map
I knew the job title and still had no distance from where I was
